This Affiliate Agreement explains how Sidewalk Promo’s affiliate program works in clear, readable terms.

By participating, you agree to the rules below.

How the Affiliate Program Works

Affiliates share Sidewalk Promo offers using tracked links.

You earn commission only when a customer redeems an offer that was attributed to your link.

Purchases alone do not guarantee commission.

Attribution Rules

  • Attribution window: 30 days from the last click or share

  • Last affiliate wins if multiple affiliates are involved

  • One affiliate may earn commission per redeemed offer

Commission Eligibility

You earn commission only if:

  • The offer is redeemed

  • The redemption occurs within the attribution window

  • The transaction is not refunded or reversed

You do not earn commission on:

  • Unredeemed offers

  • Refunded purchases

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes

  • Fraudulent or self-referred activity

Payouts

  • Payouts are processed every 30 days

  • Earnings become payable only after redemption is finalized

  • Refunded or disputed offers are excluded from payouts

Payment timing may vary based on verification and processing requirements.

Optional Alerts

Affiliates may receive optional notifications, such as:

  • When an offer is purchased

  • When an offer is redeemed

Alert availability and timing may change.

Acceptable Use

Affiliates may not:

  • Misrepresent offers

  • Use spam, misleading claims, or false urgency

  • Promote offers in violation of platform or local laws

Sidewalk Promo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to affiliate earnings.

Termination

Sidewalk Promo may suspend or terminate affiliate participation at any time for:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraud or abuse

  • Operational or legal reasons

Unpaid commissions tied to invalid or refunded offers are forfeited.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued participation means acceptance of the updated terms.
