These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sidewalk Promo platform and Services at https://sidewalkpromo.com (“Site”) and related technology.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Sidewalk Promo connects:

  • Consumers who discover, purchase, gift, and redeem paid offers

  • Sellers (businesses) who redeem offers and earn revenue

  • Affiliates who share offers and earn commission on redemptions

The Services include offer listing, voucher creation, redemption tracking, affiliate tools, notifications, and performance summaries.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. Sellers and affiliates must be approved by Sidewalk Promo. All onboarding for this MVP is manual.

3. Offer & Voucher Terms

a. Offers

  • All offers are paid and set collaboratively between Sidewalk Promo and the seller.

  • Offers remain profitable after commissions.

  • Sidewalk Promo does not guarantee any number of sales.

b. Vouchers

  • Vouchers are one-time-use, paid digital codes.

  • Redemption is at the seller’s discretion using our mobile-friendly PIN workflow.

  • No refunds for redeemed vouchers; unredeemed vouchers follow the refund law in your jurisdiction.

4. Payments, Fees & Commissions

a. Consumers

  • Consumers pay at voucher purchase.

b. Sellers

  • Seller net revenue is calculated after platform and affiliate commissions.

  • Sellers get weekly summaries of redemptions and earnings.

c. Affiliates

  • Affiliates earn commission only when a voucher is redeemed through their attributed link.

  • Attribution is based on the last share/click within a 30-day window.

  • Only one affiliate is credited per redemption.

5. Affiliate Program Rules

Affiliates must:

  • Use assigned share links

  • Not manipulate attribution

  • Share offers in compliance with applicable laws

Affiliates do not earn commission on business referrals alone.

6. User Accounts

When you create an account:

  • You agree to provide accurate information

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

7. Notifications

You may receive:

  • Purchase confirmations

  • Redemption alerts

  • Optional pre-redemption alerts

  • Weekly performance summaries

These are transactional and integral to the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and technologies are owned by Sidewalk Promo Inc. You may not reproduce without our permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” Sidewalk Promo does not guarantee business outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidewalk Promo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms; updates will appear on this page with a revised date.
